1. Service Description

easyjpgtopdf offers browser-based tools for converting, editing, and managing PDF and image files. We may also experiment with AI-generated outputs and automation to enhance results. Features can change, pause, or be discontinued without notice.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or otherwise legally capable of entering into this agreement.
• Account creation, sign-in, or access to gated features may require accepting these terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to block access where acceptance is not recorded.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

• You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. Ensure you have the rights and permissions needed for any file you process through the service.
• Verify all outputs before relying on them. Conversion accuracy, OCR text, or AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee correctness, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability.
• You agree not to misuse the platform, including by uploading malicious code, infringing material, or content that violates applicable law.

4. Processing & Storage

• Whenever technically possible, files are processed locally in your browser. When remote servers are required, files are transmitted securely and removed automatically after processing.
• We may use third-party providers (such as analytics or AI models) to deliver functionality. Those providers must follow industry-standard security practices.
• We do not provide archival storage. Always keep your own backups and records.

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Apna Online Service, Easyjpgtopdf Department, and its team members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or legal claims related to processed files.
• You agree that you will not seek damages or legal remedies against the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, or partners for any errors, downtime, misclassification, or AI-generated result.
• Children’s privacy, mental or physical harm, copyright disputes, and security events remain solely the responsibility of the user or guardian. We provide tools; the manner of use is at your discretion.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apna Online Service, Easyjpgtopdf Department, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

• The easyjpgtopdf name, branding, and software remain the property of the Company.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• AI models or templates made available through the service are for your personal or business use; you are responsible for ensuring compliance with third-party rights.

9. Legal Notices & Jurisdiction

• Any legal dispute, claim, or demand must be delivered in writing in Hindi at least six (6) months before initiating action. During that period, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including removing or modifying contested code from the website.
• All disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Dola, Madhya Pradesh, India.
• No legal action may be taken against Apna Online Service or easyjpgtopdf in any other forum or language without our explicit written consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any user or account at any time for conduct that, in our view, violates these terms or creates risk. You may stop using the service at any time by clearing your data and, if applicable, deleting your account.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the effective date and provide notice on the site when changes occur.
